Salt and pepper, to taste

grated cheese
Oil for frying
Instructions
Break matzos into small pieces.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Add matzo, corn, onion, garlic powder, and cheese. Mix.
Let sit for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan.
Form small fritters and fry 2–3 minutes per side.
Flip once and cook until golden.
Serve warm.
