Instructions
Roughly chop the pecans into a mix of small and slightly larger pieces.
Add the chopped pecans to a bowl. Pour in the date syrup. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
Serve with matzo as part of your Passover table or alongside matzo brei.
Notes
Use raw pecans for the best texture and flavor.
Choose a date syrup made from 100% dates with no added sugar.
Don’t over-chop the pecans - texture makes a big difference.
