This is the charoset I grew up on – simple, sweet, and made with just two ingredients.
My grandma made it this way, and it’s still the easiest and most delicious version I know.

Charoset is one of those recipes that doesn’t need much to be good, especially during Passover when simple, traditional dishes really shine. This charoset recipe is as simple as it gets – just pecans and date syrup, mixed together into something sweet, rich, and incredibly satisfying.
It’s the version I grew up eating, and the one my grandma always made. No complicated steps, no long ingredient list, just a quick mix that works every time.
