(or 4-5 smaller ones, total of 200 grams, 7 ounces)

garlic

Instructions
Rinse and dry the cilantro. Remove chili seeds and white membrane for less spice.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend into a paste.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Use immediately or store in the fridge. Drizzle with olive oil if you like.
