Ingredients

cans tuna (160g each before draining, ~112g each after draining)

tbsp
mayonnaise

tsp
Dijon mustard (grainy or smooth)

tbsp
finely chopped red onion
1
handful fresh chives, finely chopped
⅓
cup
pickles, finely diced
A squeeze of lemon juice, to taste
Drizzle of olive oil, to taste
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Drain the tuna well and add it to a medium bowl.
Add the mayo, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, red onion, chives, and pickles.
Mix until creamy and evenly combined.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
