Classic Coconut

finely shredded coconut

condensed milk
shredded coconut for rolling
Rose Coconut

finely shredded coconut
⅓
cup
condensed milk
2-3
drops
concentrated rose water
(about ¼ tsp if using non-concentrated, start with less and add to taste)
shredded coconut for rolling
Pistachio Coconut
1
cup
finely shredded coconut
¼ cup + 1 tbsp
condensed milk

tsp
pistachio paste
(preferably one with no sugar)
ground pistachio for rolling
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients for your chosen flavor in a bowl.
With slightly wet hands, roll 10-gram (approximately 0.35 ounces) balls.
Roll in your topping of choice; if needed, wet the balls for better sticking.
Place in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
