za'atar spice
Salt, if needed
Instructions
Preheat oven to
180°C (350°F)
.
Slice the pita in half to create thinner layers.
Mix olive oil and za'atar in a bowl. Add salt if needed.
Spread the mixture over the inner side of the pita. Place on a baking tray, za'atar side up.
Bake for
10–15 minutes
, until golden and slightly crispy. Serve warm.
