Ingredients

thick yogurt or sour cream (or a mix — e.g., 250 g yogurt + 100 g sour cream)

red onion, very thinly sliced into small cubes

sweet paprika
Flaky sea salt, to taste
Instructions
Place the sliced red onion in a bowl and sprinkle with salt.
Use a spoon or fork to lightly mash the onion, softening it and taking away its sharpness.
Add the yogurt, sour cream, or your combo of the two, and stir well to combine.
Mix in the sweet paprika until fully blended.
Taste, adjust the seasoning with more flaky salt if needed, and serve.
