2small heads of lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1handful of sprouts (any mix you like)
⅔cupgrapes, halved
½cupcrushed nuts (pecans or walnuts work great)
⅓cupcrumbly cheese (like goat or feta)
For the dressing:
2½-3tbsplemon juice
2tbspolive oil
1small garlic clove, finely grated
1tsphoney
1tspmustard (Dijon or smooth)
A pinch of salt, to taste
Instructions
In a small jar or bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, honey, mustard, and salt until smooth and slightly thickened. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
In a large bowl, add the lettuce, sprouts, grapes, nuts, and cheese.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently to coat. Serve fresh.
