A creamy green onion dip made with feta and labneh. Just 3 ingredients, super quick, and perfect with bread, chips, or veggies.

Ingredients

  • 5 green onions (white and green parts), finely chopped
  • 50 g creamy feta cheese
  • 250 g labneh (or substitute with Greek yogurt, sour cream, or cream cheese)

Instructions

  • Finely chop the green onions.
  • In a bowl, smash them together with the feta using a fork.
  • Add the labneh and stir until creamy and smooth.
  • Taste and adjust — add more onion, a bit of salt, or extra labneh to get your perfect texture.
  • Serve immediately or chill for a bit to let the flavors meld.
