Olive oil, for drizzling

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly oil or line a baking dish (about 24 cm round or 20×30 cm rectangular).
Steam the broccoli until fork-tender, then arrange it in the prepared dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, feta, flour, baking powder, and optional grated cheese.
Pour the mixture over the broccoli. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Bake for about 35 minutes, or until golden, set, and bubbling on top.
Let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm or reheat leftovers during the week.
